I finally got some time to install it and am happy to report that I was just overthinking. Huge UPDATE and FYI for anyone who is asking this questions (though I highly doubt there are almost mint D2 Battlechests floating around with unused keys like in my case): Just want to know if it's possible via the installer because I don't remember for the life of me, not looking for an exe crack. I'm asking because the CD key is unused and I'd prefer to install from disk instead of download from. I'm trying to remember for the life of me can't remember if it has that option to run without CD. My question is, is this version able to be booted with no CD after CD install/activation? If you get bored of the skills, stats, gameplay you must install some mod. The game will never die, because after 17 years of released, you can still playing it, no matter of the OS you have, Win XP,Vista,7,8,10, Mac, Linux. The game is endless, you can't have anything in the game, if you think you're with high-end equipment, why you don't look at the Rune Words. Vanilla/Expansion 1.00-1.07 patch, 1.08, 1.09, 1.10, 1.13Įvery of this patches gives you a different gameplay, skills & things overall. I still don't know when I'm starting, but the game gives you many different ways to play: The mechanics in the game are unique and it's look like just it must to be. Don't get me wrong, there's a similar games, but everything is different there. That's the best game I ever played in my life and maybe nobody will made similar to it, never.
